Diana Garrett

In Real Estate…
 Diana began her career in the property management field with U S Shelter Corporation in Ft. Collins, CO followed by the Feld Company in Denver. In 1992, she began to help people with a more permanent home solution, representing them as they buy and sell their homes. She is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and has achieved the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation. As a member of the Denver, Colorado, and National Boards of Real Estate, she has been the recipient of The Denver Board of Realtors Awards and individual Company Sales Awards.

Diana is a professional with the personal touch. Her excitement and enthusiasm are exceeded only by her clients’ confidence in knowing she truly has their best interest in mind at all times. She takes the time to listen and understand the needs and goals of her clients and turns them into reality. She loves the variety of her work and the people. Her commitment to professionalism, service, and detail has earned her a devoted clientele and referral business.

A bit about the person…
A native of Colorado, Diana was raised in Sterling prior to attending Colorado College. In the years following, she raised her four children (and St. Bernard show dogs) in Nebraska and Iowa. During that time she was developing and directing a variety of community projects that focused on the Arts and Services for Seniors and Young people. Public speaking for woman’s groups in the Midwest and performing and touring with her daughter in ‘Annie’ and Dickens ‘Christmas Carol’ have been among her favorite experiences.

The Assistance League® of Denver, which serves children and adults through its philanthropic projects, is her current and most fulfilling community involvement.

Diana is a devoted ‘Denverite’ and is delighted to have returned to Colorado in the mid ‘80’s. When she is not working with clients, she still enjoys theatre, music, and dance. Tai Chi and walking are a must in her week. Book Club, great friends, time for finding new restaurants and exploring the city with her daughter are icing on the cake.
